I was born, raised and reside in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I love winter and snow and cold.

This pending mending page will someday be awesome, but for now it is a basic simple way for me to share upcoming events or things of interest. I have a few other blogs that have specific focuses, you can find the links on this blog.

I do basic mending and projects on commission for others (based on time/difficulty and my pile of pending mending...). I really enjoy helping other people learn how to use their sewing machines and do basic mending and sewing projects. If you have sewing questions or something you want to know how to make, let me know and I will try to address it on my tutorial/project page. I can also come to your house and help you if that works. As far as payment goes, I do not have an official price list (yet). Generally, I prefer to work for payment by barter. 

I love to craft and sew. Domestic arts rule. I also love knitting and crocheting. I have a craft club with friends. I also love drawing and have a drawing club. The drawing club DOODLE CLUB works on group projects like zines and art shows at local businesses.

This was a fun moment I would like to share with you. We (Jessica and I) were on our way back from zine fest in Chicago, I was knitting and didn't like what I was making so I let it unravel out the window on the freeway.
